Where you don’t know them and they don’t know you, but it’s what you can say and what you can do Just a simple ‘hello’ as you come and you go can make someone feel special for the rest of the day.

So be kind and considerate don’t just walk away.

Hydration

Offer to get a colleague a glass of water or tea / coffee

Snacks

Take a packet of biscuits in to work one day for colleagues to share

Fetch Milk

Be the one who offers to go out to get the milk when you run out

Mental Health

Talk to a colleague if they seem distant, ask if they are OK – offer some help

Smile

Smiles are infectious, have a happy disposition spread the happiness

Car Pool

If you drive to work and you live near another employee, ask if they want to car share
