Being Kind is a State of Mind

To help and assist – and be mindful of this, when you’re kind you feel good, there’s a new brotherhood.

Where you don’t know them and they don’t know you, but it’s what you can say and what you can do Just a simple ‘hello’ as you come and you go can make someone feel special for the rest of the day.

So be kind and considerate don’t just walk away.

Bird Feeders

Put up a bird table, bird bath or squirrel feeder in your garden

Hedgehogs

Make sure hedgehogs can roam through your garden and into neighbouring property

Dog Walking

Offer to walk a neighbour / friend’s dog if they are elderly, or unwell

RSPCA

Keep an RSPCA contact number with you and contact them if you see any cruelty

Be Vigilant

Be vigilant for distressed animals and don’t be afraid to be report it to authorities

Animal Emotions

Dogs understand your emotional state, so try not to let anxiety, or stress show. Smile
